The Philip and Sarah Belz School of Jewish Music, the foremost center in the United States for the preservation of Jewish music, is dedicated to preparing aspiring professional cantors, ba’alei tefillah, music educators and synagogue laymen to serve the Jewish community throughout the world.

A division of the Yeshiva University-affiliated Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS), the student body of Belz consists primarily of undergraduate men who hail from North America and around the world.
