Evening at By The Way Bakery

By The Way Bakery held an open house at its Upper West Side bakery
emporium on Thursday night, July 30th. The bakery, which reminded me of a French patisserie, is located at 2442 Broadway between 90th and 91st Streets. The crowd enjoyed a delicious evening on a sweltering night. Guests were treated to a slice-of-life piece of amazing cakes of various flavors and textures to go along with a glass of champagne. The cakes were professionally decorated with individual designs created by its edible printer. If you need a birthday cake, wedding cake, let By The Way create your unique design.
Helene Godin left her law career to follow her dreams. She created a
bakery that is kosher, dairy free, parve, and what makes it truly special, is the fact that it is
gluten free. Even the challahs. By the way, By The Way bakery will be inaugurating its new location on the Upper East Side. Look out for the grand opening in September.
